Areas and fees is a new feature in Restaurant Hub that is only available to restaurants who have their own riders. You’ll be able to reach customers in new areas and have full control over the fees you charge.
To access Areas and fees log into Restaurant Hub. You’ll find it on the left-hand side of the navigation bar.
With the new Areas and Fees feature you’ll be able to:
- Select what postcodes you want delivery to
- Choose your restaurants delivery radius
- Set the delivery fee and minimum order value per area
Changing your Delivery radius
- Make sure you zoom in/or out to see the whole map
- Select Radius
- Move the dial to the distance you want to deliver to
- Select save to save your changes.
Choosing what Postcode areas you want to deliver too
- Click on the map to select a postcode area
- Once you’ve selected a Postcode area, it will turn purple
- Now you can choose your delivery fee for this postcode, and the minimum order value
- If you want to stop delivering to a particular postcode area, select ‘deactivate’

- Now you can enter the delivery fee you would like to charge
- Next, enter the minimum order value a customer will need to hit in order for you to deliver to the area

Within one postcode area, can I set a variable delivery fee, depending on order value?

How does this work with payments and invoicing?
Once you've updated your delivery fee for a particular postcode, any orders delivered to this postcode will be invoiced to you at the new delivery fee you have set. On your invoice, you will see a rebate for your total delivery fees and the corresponding number of orders.
Why can’t I set a delivery fee higher than £10?
Delivery fees are capped at £10 to ensure that we delivery fees remain acceptable to customers. This helps to ensure customers continue to order from your restaurant in the future.
